Requirements:

Key Responsibilities


Provides advanced ERP system support by diagnosing and resolving moderately complex technical issues. Supports system installations, user training, and process improvements while collaborating with engineering and application teams.


Key Deliverables of the Position

  • Diagnose and resolve moderately complex ERP system issues
  • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configuration changes
  • Provide technical training and guidance to ERP users
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve system issues
  • Analyze recurring problems and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain ERP documentation and troubleshooting resources


Education and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of ERP system functionality and troubleshooting.
  • IFS ERP experience preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of ERP support experience
  • Works under general supervision
