ERP Project Manager (Oracle/SAP)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead comprehensive Oracle or SAP system implementations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full ERP project lifecycle and a strong background in change management. This role requires excellent project management skills, a strong command of ERP functionalities, and the ability to manage large-scale projects that enhance operational efficiencies and business processes.


Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:


• Oversee end-to-end implementation of Oracle or SAP ERP systems.

• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to prepare and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing all stages of the ERP lifecycle.

• Ensure rigorous planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ERP projects, aligning with business objectives and operational needs.

• Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project deliverables on time and within cost constraints.

• Conduct detailed risk management assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Maintain constant communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and adjustments to the project scope and timelines as necessary.

• Manage the integration of ERP systems with existing business processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

• Lead and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new ERP systems and processes across the organization.

• Translate complex project details into simple, clear, and actionable statuses to ensure understanding across all stakeholder groups.

• Plan and oversee the comprehensive testing of new ERP systems to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.

• Administered and supported Adobe Workfront (or equivalent PPM platform), including user management, configuration of custom workflows and templates, troubleshooting system issues, and training end users to ensure optimal adoption and performance.


Travel Requirement:

Technical Knowledge/Skills Required:
