De organisatie zoekt een ervaren Digital Workplace Project Manager ter ondersteuning van haar digitale werkplekinitiatieven.

De Digital Workplace Project Manager is verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle planning, coördinatie en levering van digitale werkplekprojecten die de productiviteit, samenwerking en ervaring van medewerkers verbeteren door effectief gebruik van technologie.

De rol omvat het toezicht op projectomvang, middelen, tijdlijnen, governance en opleveringen, met als doel projecten tijdig, binnen scope en in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen af te ronden. De Project Manager werkt nauw samen met cross-functionele teams, stakeholders en senior management, stimuleert betrokkenheid, faciliteert governance forums en stuurgroepen, en verzorgt transparante rapportage over voortgang, risico's, afhankelijkheden en belangrijke beslissingen ter ondersteuning van succesvolle resultaten en continue verbetering.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en scope
  • Leiden van de Digital Workplace roadmap door bedrijfsvereisten te vertalen naar effectieve en schaalbare werkplekoplossingen.
  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van projectplannen, budgetten, tijdlijnen, scope, doelstellingen, succescriteria en belangrijke opleveringen.
  • Zorgen voor consistentie en naleving van IT-governancekaders en het IT-landschap, inclusief beveiliging, gegevensprivacy, regelgeving en lifecycle management van digitale werkplekoplossingen.
  • Coördineren en toezicht houden op cross-functionele teams, waarbij effectieve samenwerking tussen IT, business stakeholders, leveranciers, dienstverleners en consultants wordt gewaarborgd.
  • Beheren van projectuitvoering door voortgang, risico's, afhankelijkheden, kwaliteit, opleveringen, tijdlijnen en probleemoplossing te monitoren en senior management regelmatig te informeren.
  • Evalueren van oplossingen, technologieën en leveranciersprestaties om continue verbetering en bedrijfswaarde te stimuleren.

Werkomstandigheden
