Spezialist Digitalisierung, ERP & Prozesse (m/w/d)

Sie begleiten die ERP-Migration auf Infor LN Cloud in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und der Leitung IT. Dabei übersetzen Sie Wissen aus den Fachbereichen in klare Prozesse, schaffen belastbare Dokumentations- und Schulungsgrundlagen und unterstützen eine möglichst standardnahe, wirtschaftliche System- und Prozessgestaltung. Die Rolle lebt von Präsenz vor Ort, persönlicher Kommunikation und der Nähe zu den Menschen und Abläufen im Unternehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

ERP-Migration und Prozessarbeit aktiv begleiten – von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Workshops bis zur Umsetzung und Stabilisierung.

Abläufe gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, Key Usern, IT und externen Partnern aufnehmen, strukturieren und in eine nutzbare Prozessdokumentation überführen.

Optimierungspotenziale erkennen, Soll-Prozesse mitentwickeln und Standardnähe, Budget, Zeitplan und Umsetzbarkeit im Blick behalten.

Grundlagen für Wissensmanagement, Schulung, Einarbeitung sowie Rollen-, Verantwortungs- und Berechtigungskonzepte schaffen.

Digitalisierung, Automatisierung, Produktivitätsverbesserungen und perspektivisch sinnvolle KI-Anwendungsfälle mit vorantreiben.

Veränderungen kommunikativ begleiten, Brücken zwischen Bereichen bauen und auch kritische Gesprächspartner sachlich mitnehmen.

  • Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder vergleichbar; alternativ praxisnahe Ausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung und Erfahrung.
  • Erste Erfahrung im ERP-, Prozess- oder Digitalisierungsumfeld ist von Vorteil; ambitionierte Berufseinsteiger mit erkennbarem Potenzial sind willkommen.
  • Gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, sowie ausgeprägtes Denken in Prozessen, Datenflüssen und Systemlogiken.
