DIRECTOR, ORACLE ERP
HYBRID | ONSITE AT JOSTENS' MINNEAPOLIS HEADQUARTERS 3 DAYS/WEEK
ABOUT YOU:
You are a strategic technology leader who excels at connecting systems, processes, and business outcomes. As Director, Oracle ERP, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Jostens' enterprise business applications-including ERP and CRM platforms-supporting both current operations and future-state transformation initiatives.
You will partner closely with executive leadership to define and implement scalable, forward-looking technology solutions across platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce Core, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on enterprise performance, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
YOU WILL:
  • Partner with business leaders on technology strategy. Identify and implement solutions that align ERP, CRM, and customer engagement platforms with business goals.
  • Define and lead enterprise application strategy. Establish long-term direction, policies, and roadmaps for business applications supporting digital transformation.
  • Drive ERP and CRM transformation initiatives. Lead planning, development, consolidation, and upgrades across enterprise platforms.
  • Oversee enterprise project execution. Lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale initiatives on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Align business and technology teams. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and engagement models for each initiative to ensure accountability and execution.
  • Manage budgets and resources. Oversee departmental budgets, expenditures, and resource planning.
  • Lead system integration partnerships. Manage system integrators and external partners to ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams. Coach, mentor, and manage up to 10 direct reports to drive performance and growth.
  • Deliver executive-level insights. Present complex technical strategies, performance metrics, and transformation progress to executive and board-level stakeholders
  • Typical/expected % of overnight travel: Up to 20%

YOU HAVE:
  • Education. Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Enterprise IT Leadership Experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including leadership of large-scale application teams.
  • ERP & CRM Expertise. Strong experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP systems), Salesforce Core, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Transformation Experience. Proven track record leading ERP modernization, consolidation, and large-scale system implementations.
  • Project Management Knowledge. Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and enterprise delivery models.
  • Systems Integration Experience. Experience managing system integrators and professional services partners.
  • Executive Communication Skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders and boards.
  • Influence & Relationship Management. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
  • Analytical Capability. Experience with KPI tracking, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience integrating ERP platforms with CRM, eCommerce, marketing, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Experience leading Oracle Fusion cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Agile Development Experience. Experience leading teams utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver enterprise applications and transformation initiatives.
