Role Summary

As a Member Engagement Facilitator, you deliver Girl Scout programming to girls who may face barriers to joining a volunteer-led troop. You also help expand membership and connect families to council opportunities in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Key responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate program sessions, supporting youth and adult recruitment efforts, representing Girl Scouts at local community events, and sharing clear information on council programs and resources.
Required qualifications/skills:
- At least 18 years old
- Strong self-management, confidence, and active listening
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
