Job description

OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team to assist the overall daily operations by handling data entry, accounts payable, inventory, and compliance in a licensed cannabis distribution environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Data Entry & Verification

Enter and audit transactions, shipments, and inventory adjustments; reconcile stock with Metrc records.
  • Accounts Payable (A/P)

Process invoices, match to POs/receiving docs, maintain vendor records, support 3-way matching, and assist with daily and month-end AP reporting.
  • Inventory Control & Compliance

Monitor stock, assist with daily cycle counts and monthly full physical inventory reconciliations.
  • Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with finance, supply chain, and compliance; generate standard/ad-hoc inventory and AP reports.
  • Receiving and accepting shipments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 21 years of age or older with a High school diploma
  • A/P experience preferred
  • Data entry/inventory/ERP exposure a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google office programs, Excel/Sheets
  • Cannabis compliance basic knowledge preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS
  • Warehouse/distribution setting; on-site; full-time or part-time
  • Alternative work week
  • Pay-range: $19.00 - $23.00 /hour depending on experience
