Familiarity with major ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 are highly valued. What are some common challenges ERP professionals face when implementing new systems in the USA?

ERP professionals in the USA often encounter challenges such as managing data migration from legacy systems, aligning the new ERP solution with existing business processes, and ensuring user adoption across various departments. Coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders can add complexity, especially in larger organizations with multiple locations. Effective communication, thorough training, and proactive change management are essential strategies for overcoming these hurdles and ensuring a smooth implementation.

What is an ERP in the USA?
