Remote (PST) Senior Oracle Planning Functional Consultant
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders preferred, all valid work authorizations may apply

Experience Required: 10+ years
Preferred Modules: Planning, FCCS, ARCS and EDMCS
Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Oracle Planning Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Hyperion Planning. The consultant will lead the design, implementation and support of enterprise planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions.
This role requires strong knowledge of FP&A processes and the ability to work directly with Finance leaders and business stakeholders. The consultant will conduct discovery workshops, translate financial and operational requirements into scalable Oracle Planning solutions and serve as the primary liaison between business users and Oracle EPM technical teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall Oracle EPM or Hyperion experience.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Hyperion Planning.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise-level Oracle Planning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Annual budgeting
  • Rolling forecasts
  • Long-range planning
  • P&L planning
  • Balance Sheet planning
  • Cash Flow forecasting
  • Workforce and headcount planning
  • Capital expenditure planning
  • Financial and management reporting
  • Functional experience with one or more Oracle Planning frameworks:
  • Financials
  • Workforce
  • Capital
  • Projects
  • Experience configuring planning forms, dimensions, metadata, approval workflows, dashboards and security.
  • Strong functional understanding of business rules, calculations, allocations and planning assumptions.
  • Experience with Smart View, data integration and EPM reporting from a functional perspective.
  • Ability to independently conduct workshops and communicate with senior Finance and FP&A stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience leading UAT, production cutover and post-go-live support.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud EPM certification.
  • Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules, including:
  • Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service
  • Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
  • Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service
  • Narrative Reporting
  • Profitability and Cost Management
  • Experience integrating Oracle Planning with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM.
  • Familiarity with Data Integration, Data Management, EPM Automate and REST APIs.
  • Experience supporting global organizations with multiple entities, currencies and planning cycles.
