We are seeking a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. This role will be responsible for managing ERP-related support requests, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating escalations, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the ERP platform. Experience with Munis is strongly preferred; however, candidates with administration experience supporting other ERP systems will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills who can effectively support end users, manage system issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues when possible.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendors, support teams, or internal resources as needed.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist with ERP system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
  • Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, human resources, and other business units to support ERP functionality.
  • Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
QualificationsRequired
  • Experience supporting, administering, or troubleshooting an ERP system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and end-user support.
Preferred
  • Experience with Munis ERP.
  • Experience supporting other ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar systems.
  • SQL knowledge and experience writing or troubleshooting queries.
  • Understanding of database concepts, data management, and reporting.
  • Experience working with ERP integrations and data imports/exports.
