Job Description:

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the organization''s risk management program by identifying, analyzing, and quantifying risks that could impact strategic objectives. Working closely with risk owners and business units across the enterprise, the ERM Analyst provides data-driven insights and recommendations that enable informed, risk-aware decision-making at all levels of the organization.

JOB DUTIES

Level 1

โ€ข     Assist in risk identification sessions by gathering information from business unit stakeholders and documenting findings.

โ€ข     Populate and maintain the enterprise risk register, ensuring accuracy and completeness of risk entries.

โ€ข     Conduct preliminary qualitative risk assessments using established frameworks and templates.

โ€ข     Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data to support risk scoring and heat map development.

โ€ข     Perform basic data validation to ensure integrity of risk data used in analyses.

โ€ข     Prepare draft sections of routine risk reports and compile data for management dashboards.

โ€ข     Format and proof presentations and documents prior to distribution to stakeholders.

โ€ข     Participate in risk assessment workshops and document discussion outcomes and action items.

โ€ข     Track status of risk mitigation action items and follow up with risk owners on outstanding deliverables.

โ€ข     Maintain monitoring schedules and communicate upcoming review deadlines to relevant stakeholders.

โ€ข     Support ERM team projects by completing clearly defined tasks within established timelines.

โ€ข     Evaluate organizational risk tolerance levels in partnership with leadership, translating concepts into actionable thresholds.

โ€ข     Design and oversee sophisticated quantitative models, sensitivity analyses, and value-at-risk calculations.

โ€ข     Lead scenario planning and stress testing exercises, linking risk outcomes to business performance metrics.

โ€ข     Own development of senior leadership and board-level risk reporting, ensuring content is accurate, insightful, and decision-relevant.

โ€ข     Provide authoritative analysis on strategic risks, advising executive leadership on risk implications for organizational strategy.

โ€ข     Lead integration of risk intelligence into strategic planning, capital allocation, and major investment decisions.

โ€ข     Lead development and periodic review of enterprise risk policy, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.

โ€ข     Build and maintain executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on risk strategy and organizational resilience.
