About this opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our RAN Site Construction & Engineering Operations team. This role provides hands-on experience in the operational planning and execution of multi-site cellular network deployments.
The intern will help optimize workflows, track project schedules, manage documentation, coordinate logistics, and prepare progress reports. Working with engineering, construction, field operations, project management, vendors, and subcontractors, the intern will help identify bottlenecks and improve project efficiency.
What you will do:
  • Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestone reports, and action-item lists for multi-site RAN deployments.
  • Monitor site progress from planning and engineering through construction, installation, closeout, and handoff.
  • Collect status updates from engineering teams, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing progress, milestones, risks, delays, and upcoming activities.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including site records, drawings, scopes of work, material lists, photographs, and closeout packages.
  • Support logistics for equipment, materials, site access, workforce scheduling, and deployment activities.
  • Help identify workflow bottlenecks, missing information, schedule conflicts, and operational risks.
  • Assist teams in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Coordinate meetings and document decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Verify that project records are complete, accurate, current, and stored according to established procedures.
  • Develop spreadsheets, dashboards, and other tools to improve project visibility.
  • Escalate delays, documentation gaps, and coordination issues to the appropriate project lead.
  • Follow company, customer, quality, confidentiality, and safety requirements.

The skills you bring:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming (Python, scripting)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
