Position Overview

Serve patients in moments that matter and be a part of the future of health care. SCP Health is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our dynamic team Laredo Medical Center North Central ER.   • Patient Volume: 9,500 annual ED volume Free-standing Emergency Room
  • Specialties: High resolution CT scans, Digital x-ray imaging, ultrasound imaging, cardiac monitoring, onsite lab testing, onsite pharmacy, ventilation and intubation. Ambient/AI Scribes for full-time Clinicians.
  • Coverage Model: 24 Hours Physician Coverage - 12 hour shifts
  • Number of Beds: 7 beds
  • EMR: Cerner


Qualifications

  • Licensure: Current Texas Medical License and DEA
  • Board Certification: Board Certified ABEM, ABFM, ABIM
  • Badges: ACLS, and PALS required. ATLS required for ABFM and ABIM.

About Laredo Medical Center - North Central ER : Laredo Medical Center - North Central ER is a full-spectrum emergency department equipped to treat patients with illnesses and injuries requiring a higher level of care. With skilled ER physicians and clinical staff providing care to the residents of this area, the hospital offers on-site diagnostic services, including 64-slice CT, x-ray, and ultrasound, 7 private exam rooms, including 1 trauma, 1 gynecology, and 1 bariatric treatment room. Laredo Medical Center North Central ER is an extension of Laredo Medical Center’s main campus.
