Job description

Equity Execution & Operations Associate
We are partnering with a growing broker-dealer and institutional trading platform seeking an Equity Execution & Operations Associate to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of electronic trading, middle office, and operations support within a fast-paced, high-volume environment handling approximately $2B in monthly trading activity.
The firm has a strong presence in correspondent clearing and prime brokerage and is continuing to expand internationally, including recently onboarding its first correspondent clearing client in Asia.
This opportunity can sit fully remote. (Need to be sitting on East Coast!)
Responsibilities
Support equity trading and electronic execution workflows
Monitor and resolve trade breaks and reconciliation issues
Liaise directly with institutional clients via Bloomberg
Coordinate with Broadridge and internal stakeholders on operational matters
Process and support corporate actions activities
Assist with correspondent clearing and prime brokerage operations
Ensure timely settlement and accurate trade lifecycle processing
Work cross-functionally with trading, operations, and client service teams
Support high-volume daily trading activity in a time-sensitive environment
Qualifications
3-7 years of experience within equity operations, trade support, middle office, or prime brokerage operations
Knowledge of correspondent clearing and institutional brokerage environments
Familiarity with electronic trading workflows and equity execution support
Experience using Bloomberg for client communication and issue resolution
Exposure to Broadridge platforms and operational systems
Understanding of trade settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
Candidates from institutional broker-dealers, electronic trading firms, clearing firms, or prime brokerage environments are highly encouraged to apply.
