DTCP is an independent investment management firm with over 3.0 billion euros in assets under management and more than 60 professionals.

DTCP Growth invests in leading software companies out of its latest fund Growth Equity III (GE III). The team has made over 30 investments in Europe, Israel and the US, with notable investments including Cohere, Groq, Arctic Wolf Networks, Auth0 (acquired by OKTA), Guardicore (acquired by Akamai), Fastly (NYSE: FSLY), Pipedrive (acquired by Vista Private Equity), LeanIX and Signavio (both acquired by SAP SE).

Your Role

As an intern, you will join the US Growth Equity team and will have the following responsibilities along the investment process:

  • Company Analysis & Pitching: Pitch potential opportunities to the global team
  • Investment Thesis Building: Contribute to DTCP's investment theses by diving into specific AI & B2B Software markets and developing cutting-edge investment strategies
  • Financial Modelling: Perform financial analysis using our internal proprietary FlightPath modelling tool
  • Due Diligence: Participate in Due Diligences on live transactions (incl. market research, competition analysis, reference calls, valuation rationalization etc.)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree/Master's degree in finance, economics, computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Relevant internships in Venture Capital, Investment Bank, Consulting, Startup or Private Equity
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional attention to details
  • Ability to deliver insights in well-organized presentations
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in the US
