Hands on Operation Manager

Attentive Services LLC is seeking candidates for a working Operations Manager. Position will work closely with Founder to bring to life a new Junk Removal Franchise in Central New Hampshire. The role is a hybrid requiring a high degree of logistics management with hands on physical labor; requiring a candidate who can seamlessly transition between strategic oversight and front-line junk removal.

Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations including scheduling, job completion, hiring, training and development of top-notch team members. As well as responsibility for oversight of all company assets including vehicles, tools and equipment. Manager will also monitor and optimize all variable expenses related to customer jobs.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of managing a team of at least 3 reports.  
  • Desire to learn and grow with a fast paced/high growth environment.  
  • Must have valid driver’s license, abide by DOT regulations for non-CDL vehicles and have exceptional driving record.
  • Ability to provide excellent customers service, upselling, and marketing activities. Use these skills, along with proactive job pricing to meet weekly revenue targets.


This position will have a base salary plus bonus incentives based on performance. Benefits package will be available. This position is considered full-time, facility based; although some remote work may be available from time to time.
