Summary
This person will work directly with the Corporate Manager to assist the sales team with retail and wholesale sales.This person will also work with Corporate Manager to develop new programs, policies, and strategies to improve and grow the used department.
Job Description
Maintain a safe, neat, orderly, functional, organized, and clean warehouse at all times.AUEM is to direct job assignments for reconditioning to the Shop Team Leader.AEUM will standardize operations for inspecting and evaluating off-lease equipment, and work with the department manager to make decisions on that equipment. This position requires a good working knowledge of all tools.

Skills/Responsibilities
  • Management of technicians and body/paint/assembly personnel.
  • Ability to attract and retain top technician talent. As well as develop current staff.
  • Maintain equipment inventory including location, specifications, and notes.
  • Update inventory on company websites and social media.
  • Work directly with sales representatives to provide equipment information as well as set equipment deadlines, delivery dates, and warranty administration on all used equipment.
  • Manage reconditioning workflow and delivery schedule.
  • Evaluate workload and determine the need for overtime and/or additional mechanics.
  • Help to develop new ideas and programs to increase used equipment revenue.
  • Source batteries, chargers, and major purchases for reconditioned equipment.
  • Manage the warehouse associate position to ensure all equipment is in the correct location, all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
  • Manage the off-lease return process and provide off-lease equipment information to the Corporate Managers. Maintain an accurate list and follow through to ensure that the equipment is grounded in the TICF system.

Work Experience Requirements
An extensive background in forklift or heavy machinery repair. A good history of personnel management and strong professional work ethics is necessary for this position. Must have basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Education/Certification/License Requirement
High school graduate or GED.
Certifications on industrial equipment are preferred.
Must be able to pass, obtain and maintain a forklift license on all equipment.
Must have valid driver's license.
