Job Summary/Objective: Sweet Briar College invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Business or Adjunct Instructor of Business with the possibility of renewal. The successful candidate member will teach a variety of courses that lead to a B.A. in Business with a particular focus on teaching in marketing, will have the opportunity to make contributions to our innovative women’s leadership core curriculum.
Sweet Briar is a liberal arts college for women with a long history of forging female leaders. The salary range for the Full Time position is $55,000.00- $65,000.00 per year. This is commensurate with education and experience and will be determined in accordance with institutional guidelines.
The salary range for the adjunct position is $3,500.00- $5,500 per course. This is commensurate with education and experience and will be determined in accordance with institutional guidelines.
