Job Description

As a senior manager on our fund administration team, youโ€™ll work directly with leading private equity clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team. Youโ€™ll oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Youโ€™ll lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
  • Youโ€™ll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
  • Youโ€™ll prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.
  • Youโ€™ll manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.
  • Youโ€™ll prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.

  • You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, giving you a solid foundation for your work.
  • You consistently deliver exceptional client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • You apply your expertise to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes.
