How you can make an impact
- Work a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.), helping to keep our production lines running reliably.
- Operate different machines and automated work cells and, when needed, manage more than one work cell at a time.
- Perform packing line changes and troubleshoot shrink wrap machines, label printers and basic machine/automation alarms using HMI controllers.
- Apply established troubleshooting techniques to find and correct production or automation issues, ensuring stable and efficient operations.
- Accurately document and enter production data into the production monitoring system (Hydra) and carry out routine quality inspections to identify defects or imperfections.
- Handle materials - such as getting and loading supplies with a pallet jack or other power equipment - and support other production tasks within your skill set, including during staffing shortages.
- Follow all policies and protocols (documentation, safety, cleaning and gowning) and clearly communicate production results or issues to Work Cell Technicians or your supervisor.

- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally with automated equipment or packaging lines.
- Practical mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills that help you quickly identify and resolve basic equipment issues.
- Comfortable using HMIs and basic production IT systems to enter data and monitor performance.
