Powering better health through pharmacy care driven by tech, trust, and heart.
Our Mission:
Delivering pharmacy care where access is effortless, care is affordable, and patients come first.
The Product Manager will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of technology-enabled pharmacy and patient support solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, pharmacy operations, client services, and software development teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient access, therapy initiation, adherence, and program performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help support the roadmap for pharmacy solutions that support Health Service Providers, Life Science Innovators (Pharma), Payers and Pharmacy Access Disruptors.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable systems that power core functions such as prescription intake, eRx processing, prior authorization automation, inventory management, courier delivery, and data reporting.
- Engage directly with manufacturers, pharmacy, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product enhancements. Partner with data and analytics teams to deliver dashboards, integrations, and reporting that provide transparency into patient access, adherence, and outcomes.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.
- Own the creation and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements to support software development and product delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and enhanced patient experiences through collaboration with business and technology teams. Work cross-functionally with operations, client services, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new solutions.
- Define KPIs and monitor performance to guide ongoing product optimization and innovation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and software development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ in healthcare technology, pharmacy, PBM, or life sciences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong technical background with experience in APIs, data integrations (FHIR, HL7, SFTP), and pharmacy transaction systems (NCPDP standards, RxClaim, ePost, or similar).
- Experience launching products in highly regulated environments with proven ability to navigate compliance requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and patient-centric design.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Solid understanding of pharma manufacturer programs (hub services, bridge/PAP, consigned/free goods, direct-to-patient models).
- Exceptional communication skills — able to work across technical, operational, and external client teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
