About the job
The Connected TV Marketing team works on YouTube TV, NFL sunday ticket, and YouTube Primetime Channels, in addition to YouTube's carriage of live sports, for example the NFL game that YouTube broadcasted globally in September 2025. We are a collection of strategists, growth marketers, and product marketers who focus on growing these businesses for YouTube and Google.
As a Subscriptions Marketing Manager for YouTube's Connected TV (CTV) team, you are the strategist driving growth across our subscription products. You will operate at the intersection of business, product, and marketing, synthesizing inputs from cross-functional centers of excellence (COEs) to define the long-term trajectory of our CTV business. By leveraging deep analytical excellence, you translate market dynamics into a cohesive growth roadmap, ensuring that our ecosystem is optimized for scale, profitability, and participant advantage. You will serve as the connective tissue within the organization guiding investment prioritization, pressure-testing business cases, and framing decisions that leadership uses to navigate the evolving streaming landscape.
