The Senior Manager, ePMO is responsible for driving complex, cross functional initiatives that enable strategic business outcomes. This role provides leadership across programs and ‑high visibility projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and ‑executive level communication. The Senior Program Manager also provides oversight, guidance, and thought leadership to project teams to ensure consistent delivery of‑ excellence across the portfolio.

Job Overview:

  • Lead and oversee enterprise‑level programs and high‑complexity projects to ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomes.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide project oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring adherence to standards, methodologies, and delivery expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners to identify issues and co-create solutions through structured problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and execution frameworks that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project/program-level communication and escalation.
  • Maintain project/program governance, including project plans, status reporting, and executive updates.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes, templates, and reviews.
  • Monitor program budgets and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and value creation.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Project and Program Management or consulting, with a demonstrated track record of successful projects.
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex projects/programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving program objectives.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically to address challenges and implement 
  • effective solutions.
  • Experience in budget development and financial management to ensure program

viability and success.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Should be eager to learn and grow.
  • Automotive or F&I industry experience is a strong plus.
  • PMP or PgMP certification is a plus
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
