Bridal Stylist (Full-Time)
Epiphany Bridal Boutique – Carmel, CA

Join a high-end bridal boutique where exceptional service and strong sales performance go hand in hand.

Epiphany Bridal Boutique is seeking a full-time Bridal Stylist for our Carmel location. We are looking for a polished, sales-driven professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to every bride.
This is a 32–40 hour position and requires weekend availability, as weekends are essential to serving our brides.
This is a performance-based role. We are seeking someone confident in sales, motivated by results, and committed to being present on weekends, as this is when we serve the majority of our brides and achieve full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead one-on-one bridal appointments with confidence and professionalism
  • Deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience
  • Build relationships and confidently guide brides to a purchase decision
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and conversion expectations
  • Manage appointment flow and timing in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of gowns, designers, and fit
  • Present pricing, timelines, and alteration options clearly
  • Assist with inventory organization and gown management
  • Maintain overall store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
  • Support daily operations and uphold the Epiphany Bridal brand experience
Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales (retail, bridal, or commission-based preferred)
  • Strong closing skills and confidence in asking for the sale
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple appointments and stay on schedule
  • Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
Schedule
  • Must be available most weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Boutique is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Full-time hours are achieved through a schedule that includes weekends
Compensation
  • Competitive hourly + commission (based on experience)
