• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to each case.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices that promote mental health and resilience.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards regarding client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to foster a comprehensive care plan for clients.

This full-time LCSW position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
