• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional growth, resilience, and coping strategies in a school context.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, capturing treatment progress and outcomes while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and other mental health professionals to create a supportive environment for clients, facilitating meetings and sharing insights on client progress.
• Offer psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health challenges and actively participate in the therapy process.
• Stay current on mental health trends and legislative changes affecting practice, continually integrating new insights into your therapeutic approach.

Your primary focus will be on diverse student populations, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work closely within schools to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space, encouraging students to engage in their mental health journey while fostering their emotional intelligence and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status in the State of Arizona, with no prior disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical social work, inclusive of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse clientele, including students, parents, and school staff.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms for remote therapy sessions and documentation.

• Experience working in school settings is highly desirable, particularly in providing mental health support to children and teenagers.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions tailored for youth.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
