Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Strategic Epic Training Consultant with senior-level experience to partner with Health IT Operations. The consultant will help design and implement a future-state Epic End User Training strategy. This role involves assessing the current training model, developing a sustainable Health IT-led training program, and transitioning long-term ownership of the training program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the overall training program.
  • Assess the current End User Training program and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for a Health IT-led End User Training program.
  • Mentor Health IT Operations staff and begin implementation to ensure sustainability.

Qualifications
  • Senior or director-level experience in Epic training programs.
  • Experience designing and leading enterprise Epic End User Training programs.
  • Capability in developing workflow-based education and building sustainable training organizations.

Skills

  • Availability for travel.
