    Position Summary
    Seeking an experienced Epic IT Contractor with strong Healthy Planet and Compass Rose expertise to independently support Healthy Planet Compass Rose initiatives. Responsibilities include registry creation, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) design and build, Remote Patient Monitoring program expansion, and ongoing application maintenance and optimization activities.
    Responsibilities
    -Analyze and diagnose complex system issues
    -Identify root causes and develop solutions or escalate as appropriate
    -Design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support Epic applications
    -Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions
    -Configure, test, implement, and maintain application workflows
    -Collaborate with operational stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams
    -Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support
    -Troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, and maintain technical documentation
    -Support system upgrades, enhancements, and monthly updates
    -Serve as a subject matter expert for application functionality and workflows
    -Lead and support complex application projects as assigned
    Preferred Qualifications
    -Experience serving as a project lead for complex IT initiatives
    -Strong background in workflow design and optimization
    -Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
    -Experience partnering with vendors to resolve system issues and improve performance
    -Prior mentoring or leadership experience within an Epic applications team
