Help drive smarter healthcare decisions through Epic analytics, value-based care initiatives, and population health insights.
ALO is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Clinical Data Analyst to support the Alo CIN and Alo ACO through advanced Epic analytics, reporting, and value-based care tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare operations, data analytics, population health, and Epic system optimization.
The Clinical Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting Epic-based initiatives, maintaining value-based performance tools, and delivering actionable insights that improve quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Epic Application Support & Optimization
  • Support all Epic interactions for the ACO and CIN, including:
    • New builds
    • Tool optimization
    • Maintenance
    • Reporting
  • Contribute actionable innovations based on data interpretation, outcomes analysis, and self-study
  • Monitor and implement Epic VBPM upgrades, new features, and best practices
  • Review and complete Happy Together mappings to align with organizational goals and regulatory reporting requirements

Epic Task Ownership
Application Configuration & Maintenance
  • Build, maintain, and optimize all Alo ACO and CIN programs, registries, dashboards, metrics, and risk models

Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain registries, scorecards, work queues, and tools supporting:
    • Care gap closure
    • Risk stratification
    • HEDIS measures
    • Value-based care initiatives
  • Create and manage advanced Epic reporting using:
    • SlicerDicer
    • Radar Dashboards
    • Metric Editor
    • Reporting Workbench
  • Deliver insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization

User Support
  • Provide technical support to VBPM users across the ACO and CIN
  • Own all TDX tickets related to VBPM tools, including:
    • Registries
    • Care gap work queues
    • Scorecards
    • Reports
  • Manage user requests for system fixes, enhancements, and builds

Payer File Management
  • Load and maintain payer files (rosters, gap reports, etc.)
  • Resolve import errors and work queues to ensure accurate reporting integrity

Targeted candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, along with Epic experience, and must hold either the Epic HP & Compass Rose Analytics Build Certification or the HP Value-Based Analytics Build Certification.
