Job description

Job Title: Epic Tapestry Health Systems Trainer 

100% Hybrid 
Skillset Requirements: Tapestry Certified Principal Trainer

Expenses allowed: TBD

Equipment to be provided.

Job Summary: 

This role will be responsible for conducting classroom training, one-on-one training, virtual training, at the elbow training support and implementation support with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems. Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials. Will help organize and report on training registration and completion. Occasional weekend training and daytime or overnight travel may be required.

Essential Functions: 

  • Responsible for conducting classroom training, one-on-one training, virtual training, at the elbow training support and implementation support with a primary focus on Epic and other health systems.
  • Will create and maintain relevant project management documents, including work plans, status reports and risk assessments.
  • Will participate in project teams to understand and implement the scope of work; participate in training program delivery strategy, testing the training environment, editing, assembling and distributing course materials and assisting users with operational change management.
  • Responsible for setting up with classroom, training delivery, roster management, tracking completion and any other items related to training.
  • Establishes relationship with super users and has ongoing communication with this group to ensure understanding of training.
