Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Analyst to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Epic Beacon module while working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of Epic Beacon solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Beacon application.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Beacon enhancements and workflows.
  • Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and new implementations.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and build specifications.
  • Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Epic best practices.
  • L2 & L3 Support
  • Provide end-user support and participate in on-call activities when required.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare IT solutions.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Epic Beacon module.
  • Epic Beacon Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical operations.
  • Experience working with integrated Epic applications is preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
