This fully remote role is open tocandidates residing in Floridaand offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue cycle performance across the health system.


What Youll Do

  • Maintain, support, and enhance theEpic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)application with a focus on community connect configuration.
  • Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, IS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements, system optimization, and workflow improvements.
  • Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Provide PB-related data analysis to support key revenue cycle initiatives and operational performance.
  • Contribute Epic subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects requiring PB configuration knowledge.

What Youll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experiencesupporting or configuringEpic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).
  • Epic PB certification or accreditation required.
  • Preferred experience with:
    • Community Connect Configuration
    • Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows
    • Estimates
    • Reporting/SlicerDicer
    • PB Workqueues (Credit, Charge Review, Follow-up, etc.)
    • New department build
    • Charge Capture/Charge Router
  • Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, revenue cycle processes, and payer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in aremote or hybrid work environment.
