  • $235/hour
  • Start September
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Shifts: Day 4×10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
  • In-Patient
  • Kentucky state license required, facility open to licensing, 90 day credentialing timeframe.
  • Cases/Procedures: CRNA will cover Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro cases (no Heart, no OB). Required skills include intubation, central line, arterial line, and line placement. Blocks not likely needed. All providers required to work NORA.
