Schedule
Standard schedule: 4x10-day shifts
Typical shift start times: 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, 3:00pm
Call: Approximately 48-56 hours per 6-week schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Ortho and Spine experience required
- BLS certification required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Preferred: ACLS certification
- Preferred competencies: general OR and orthopedic/spine surgical procedures
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room environment
- Circulate and scrub as needed for various surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient status pre- and post-operation
- Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
