  • Minimum 3 years of management and delivery experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with proven ability to create, manage, and deliver a successful product roadmap

  • Experience crafting a quantitative business case that ties business impact delivered by product to prioritized features

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools on substantive product work - business casing, roadmap analysis, data synthesis - with a clear point of view on where AI adds value and where it does not

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • Must be eligible to obtain Reliability Security clearance
