Epic Club Crawls is seeking an assistant General Manager to work closely with our current General Manager, who will grow into the leadership role of General Manager

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, business minded, meticulous in detail and can think quickly on their feet.As the Assistant G.M., you will learn the ins and out of daily business running’s and be responsible for aiding the G.M. with day to day tasks as well as major projects in business development. Our long term goal for the person in this position is to learn and grow from the position, so that one can assume the leadership role of General Manager of the company.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for G.M., manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts
  • Track G.M's tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments
  • Organize internal and external meeting for G.M., including logistical and substantive preparation
  • Provide special project leadership and support as needed.
  • Conduct preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed
  • Create weekly company performance reports
  • Compile weekly logistics schedule on behalf of the company
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
