• Deliver direct nursing care on medical-surgical/tele units, including coordination of care for adult patients.
• Float between two MS/Tele units and provide overflow coverage for MS patients in ICU and ED as needed.
• Monitor patient status, document assessments, administer prescribed medications, and perform routine therapies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; respond to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EPIC), ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, and escalation concerns to the charge nurse or physician as appropriate.

• EPIC electronic medical record experience is required.
• Ability to float between MS/Tele units and provide MS overflow coverage to ICU and ED.
• Availability to work a night shift schedule on a 3x12-hour cadence (approximately 36 hours per week).
• Travel RN on a 13-week assignment in Hawaii; willing to relocate as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
