Job description

Job Title: Epic Analyst (Contract)
Duration: Through June 2027
Travel: 25–50% onsite 
Employment Type: Contract

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst to support ongoing implementation and optimization efforts for a large healthcare organization. This role is open to candidates with current Epic certification in any module, who bring strong experience working across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Epic implementation, optimization, and/or upgrade initiatives
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Build, test, and validate Epic system configurations
  • Participate in workflow design, system design, and integration discussions
  • Support testing efforts including unit, system, and integrated testing
  • Assist with go-live planning, support, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Epic Certification (any module required)
  • At least one full end-to-end Epic implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic system functionality
  • Experience with build, testing, and go-live support
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% as needed
