Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm with an on-call rotation every 3 weeks

Job Summary:

This position uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for the Epic HIM application suite for primarily Coding but also including: Gallery, ROI, Deficiency, Identity, & Abstracting applications. These tasks include planning, system analysis, design, application building, testing, maintenance, support and the completion of assigned project work. Experience leading projects or initiatives of various sizes and scope. Works closely with other Epic Applications within the Epic Program. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Able to successfully perform assignments/projects/tasks without assistance.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn and improve.

Highly motivated and ability to operate under limited supervision.

Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.
