Job description

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst specializing in Epic Willow Ambulatory. In this role, you will provide advanced application support, configuration, and optimization for pharmacy workflows within the ambulatory setting. You'll collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays

Job Description:
  • Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy, IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity
  • Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with 340B Software and Data extraction methods
  • Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations
  • Certifications: Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification preferred, if not currently certified in Epic Willow Ambulatory, successful completion of this certification will be required within 3-6 months of starting the role
  • Strong analytical and problem solving experience with prior experience in Power BI or Epic tools preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
