Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly driven and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Release Manager. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and timely software releases, maintaining coordination between teams, and driving accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate software releases, ensuring smooth execution without directly handling deployments
• Utilize Remedy and Jira to track issues, manage workflows, and drive resolutions
• Facilitate test coordination, including tester cards and defect tracking
• Lead communication efforts between development, testing, and business teams
• Ensure stakeholders adhere to timelines and milestones through strong leadership and influence
• Advocate for best practices in release planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution
• Provide clear status updates and proactively address roadblocks
Qualifications:
Required:
