Location: Remote
Role Overview
This position assists with and participates in the leadership, coordination, and management of activities required to operate, direct, or advise a department or equivalent organizational structure. The role involves coordinating project, division, and/or department budgets and providing financial reports and metrics to support departmental decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage multiple large-scale IT internal business projects or single department-scale projects from inception to close, including resource management, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance, and change control.
  • Utilize broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes to make decisions regarding hardware, software, or technology agreements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for requirements gathering for industry proposals on behalf of the organization.
  • Routinely interface with department committees and executive leadership, providing IT performance reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison for industry partnerships or as a representative for the organization's IT department in national industry events.
  • Ensure communication between and among business proponents, stakeholders, and IT Leadership regarding assignments.
  • Lead or contribute to the improvement of established guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate effective group facilitation, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Develop proposals and business plans that ensure quality IT solutions and delivery.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of technology or business administration experience.
Experience:
  • Experience working in healthcare technology.
  • Experience with committee and consensus-driven organizations.
  • Experience in finance and project management.
  • Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes.
  • Demonstrated mastery of all requirements detailed in the IT Systems Analyst job description.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to validate and recreate logic from existing reports.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and common clinical or operational metrics.
  • Strong analytic skills, including data validation, documentation, and quality review.
