Description

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory / EpicCare Link Analyst to support our clients Epic environment. This individual will be responsible for the design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic Ambulatory and EpicCare Link applications. The analyst will work closely with operational and clinical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive workflow improvements across outpatient settings and community provider access platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable managing a ticket queue independently. Strong communication skills and ServiceNow experience are critical. This position will require onsite support during the November Go-Live period.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Ambulatory and EpicCare Link applications.

Analyze clinical and operational workflows and translate business requirements into Epic solutions.

Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and enhancement tickets through ServiceNow.

Proactively monitor work queues and independently pick up and close tickets without requiring assignment.

Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate with clinicians, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system performance.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementation activities, and application maintenance.

Provide end-user support and issue resolution for physicians, clinical staff, and community providers.

Document build decisions, workflows, configuration changes, and support activities.

Support Go-Live activities onsite, including command center coverage and end-user support.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of Epic Ambulatory Analyst experience.

Experience within a large integrated healthcare system.

Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows.

Experience supporting Epic implementations, conversions, and Go-Lives.

Knowledge of Epic interoperability and provider portal workflows.

Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
