What is EPC procurement?

EPC procurement refers to the process of obtaining goods, materials, and services needed for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project. In an EPC contract, a single contractor is responsible for the design, procurement of materials and equipment, and construction of a project or facility. The procurement phase is critical as it ensures all necessary resources are sourced at the right quality, price, and time to meet the project schedule and budget.
