Job Description

The EPC Partner Activation Manager is responsible for driving strategic engagement, activation, and growth of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners. You will ensure alignment across sales, technical, and partner teams to position solutions early in project lifecycles and accelerate participation in large-scale capital projects (e.g., data centers, energy, industrial).

You will report to the Director, Global EPC and work in a hybrid environment from a Rockwell Automation office location.

Your Responsibilities:EPC Partner Activation
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage key EPCs across target industries (data centers, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing)
  • Develop and execute account activation plans for top EPC partners globally
  • Build multi-level relationships (executive, project, engineering, procurement)
  • Position early involvement in FEED/FRS/specification phases
Program Management
  • Lead the global EPC program framework (governance, KPIs, engagement model)
  • Track pipeline, pursuits, and partner engagement across regions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Business Units, Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • Establish standard operating rhythms (QBRs, cadence calls, pipeline reviews)
Opportunity Development
  • Influence specifications and standards (e.g., controls, electrical, automation)
  • Support strategic pursuits and bid strategies with EPCs
  • Facilitate early technical engagement and solution positioning
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expansion within EPC accounts
Commercial & Strategic Alignment
  • Develop joint value propositions with EPC partners
  • Align on go-to-market strategies (verticals, regions, priority clients)
  • Support partnership agreements, frameworks, and preferred vendor positioning
  • Monitor competitive landscape and partner sentiment
Risk Mitigation & Execution
  • Identify risks in project pipeline (schedule, scope, spec alignment)
  • Escalate and resolve issues impacting EPC engagement or positioning
  • Ensure consistency and quality in partner interactions globally
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in EPCs, industrial automation, or large capital projects.
  • Experience with EPC business models and project lifecycle (FEED EPC commissioning)
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or program management
  • Commercial and technical acumen (controls, electrical, automation)

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $102,560 - $153,840 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here.Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
