Position Summary
SECOND SHIFT FULLY REMOTE EMERGENCY RADIOLOGIST
The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine in partnership with Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking an Emergency Radiologist to join our team. Our Indianapolis-based practice of 30+ Emergency Radiologists is expanding teleradiology services throughout the state and we are looking for candidates interested in a hybrid academic/community practice work environment. The job entails working 2nd shift, 134 shifts/year model and offers a wide range of cases from both academic medical centers and community hospitals. Work with a collegial team of ER radiologists and excellent clinical administrative assistants who allow you to focus on patient care rather than answering and making phone calls.
Shifts are 9 hours (5p-2a EST), fully remote and performed from home on a workstation provided by the department. You will always be working alongside multiple other ER radiologists, including a dedicated ER neuroradiologist, with whom you can share challenging cases. Our workflow is enhanced by customized worklists, availability of ER-centric dictation templates and AI programs such as RadAI which autogenerates impressions.
Having the ability to read advanced neuro imaging is a plus but not required. Both clinical and academic track positions are available. Salary and benefits are very competitive.
In addition to clinical work, this position involves teaching trainees. The Department hosts robust residency and fellowship training programs.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum requirements include DO or MD, eligibility for licensure in Indiana, and Radiology board eligibility. Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center is preferred, but not required.
