Summary

A growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager (Level I or II) to lead commercial construction projects with a strong focus on healthcare projects.

This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations are met. The ideal candidate has experience working in healthcare or similar regulated environments and can manage multiple stakeholders in active jobsite conditions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
  • Lead subcontractor buyout, scope writing, and contract execution
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
  • Communicate with owners, consultants, and internal leadership
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (Level I or II)
  • Experience in healthcare construction required (or similar regulated environments)
  • Background in commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
  • Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
