We Are Hiring

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Facility: St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center

Department: Fellowship Programs

Schedule: 20 hours per week | Monday-Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm | Flexibility: Schedule flex allowed in order to accommodate all required key program meetings and events outside of standard hours.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the residency recruitment lifecycle from initial screening through interview coordination and final rank list selection to secure top-tier medical talent for the program.
  • Streamline clinical and educational operations by managing complex rotation schedules, lectures, and faculty meetings to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience for residents.
  • Safeguard program compliance and longevity by meticulously maintaining highly confidential personnel records, curriculum logs, and accreditation documentation.
  • Produce high-impact educational events and recruitment functions that elevate the program's visibility and foster a collaborative, supportive learning community.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in administration, office management, or program coordination.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Industry Background: Previous experience working within a clinical or academic environment.
