The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a part-time Community Education Program Assistant - Kid Zone at Centennial Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year. The program assistant plays a vital role in after-school programming for elementary-age students. Under the guidance of the Site Leader, this position is responsible for leading a designated group of students, implementing enrichment and recreational activities, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. The program assistant builds strong relationships, maintains effective group management, and supports each child's social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
    • Must be at least 16 years of age.

Hours:
Approximately 2:15 p.m.- 6:00 p.m, Monday-Friday.
Pay Rate: $18.50-$20.00 per hour.
