Along with acting as project lead for deliverables, you will hold business groups accountable to ensure the sales team gets a complete solution to drive the business. You will need to be able to multitask and drive collaboration amongst varied groups, along with making Senior Leaders accountable. As a Manager of Field Operations, you will also:Lead the development of comprehensive tools in support of new programs and services for our storesHold regular calls and meetings with key contributors to drive collaborationPrepare operational reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing informationDevelop analytical tools for the sales team, and be responsible for upkeep of operational reportsProvide analysis for operational categories including trend analysis, dashboard, rankings and other miscellaneous reports.Analyze processes and procedures, provide recommendations for improvementProvide debriefs upon project completion, to include holding all involved parties accountable and celebrating successesIdentify and escalate misses to deadlines for appropriate follow-upMaintain a strong relationship with our Exclusive RetailersWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:At least 4 years of experience in wireless retail operations.
